Lead our expansion into Poland. We are looking for a leader to build our new branch from the ground up.

Your mission

Your goal is to open the doors to the Polish market and build long-term strategic partnerships for one of the most successful agencies in the CEE region. You will have a key role: from co-creating the go-to-market strategy, through the acquisition of the first key clients, to building a stable presence in Poland.

What You Will Do

  • Regional Expansion: Act as the key contact for clients expanding between the CZ/SK regions and Poland, helping them overcome regional barriers.

  • High-Level Networking: Leverage your C-level contacts (CMO, CDO, CEO) to open doors where strategic partnerships are decided.

  • Consultative Selling: Propose complex business growth solutions—from data analytics and media to creative production. You won't be alone; you'll have a top-tier team of 80+ experts in Prague backing you up.

  • Market Representation: Become the face of Marketup in Poland. You will promote our data-driven, "evidence-based marketing" approach at conferences and networking events.

  • Team Building: Lay the groundwork to build and lead your own Polish team starting in Q4/2026.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Ideally 7–15 years of experience , with a strong background in digital/performance agencies, media, or senior consultancy (e.g., Big 4).

  • Network & Influence: You have a proven, active network of C-level decision-makers in Poland. You know how to challenge a client's status quo and sell a vision of transformation.

  • Mindset: A 75/25 Hunter/Farmer mentality—you love opening new doors and hunting for clients as much as nurturing long-term partnerships. You are highly autonomous and ready for full-time dedication.

  • Sales Methodology: Mastery of Consultative Selling or the Challenger Sale approach. You don't come in with a "who we are" presentation, but with a "what is your problem" mindset.

  • Tech-Savvy: Routine work with modern CRMs (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools for client research.

  • Languages: Native Polish speaker with excellent English. Knowledge of Czech is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

  • Strong Base & Uncapped Commissions: Starting base of 15,000 – 16,000 PLN net + VAT. Scaling to 20,000 PLN net + VAT after your first successful deals, with a Year 1 target of 25,000 PLN net + VAT—all part of an uncapped commission system.

  • Reputation & Representation: A dedicated budget for networking (lunches, coffees, events) , a mobility budget, and a MacBook. You will sell the services of a highly awarded agency (Effie, Google EMEA Premier Partner Awards) operating in 40 countries.

  • Prague Onboarding: Spend your first fully paid week in Prague to absorb our DNA and meet the team that will support you.
